I was honored to be invited to be the official photographer for the day at TUM 2011: The Urban Marketplace at The Civic center in downtown Silver Spring Maryland. The center was packed with lots of vendors that provided a variety of services ranging from Event Designers, Event Planning & Management, Décor, Wedding Photographers, Invitations, Makeup Specialist, Music Production, Jewelry and Fashion Retailers, Fabric Sale and Accessories & Hair .
The whole event from start until end was packed with fashion shows, comedy, dancing and live performances by Qd Musik & Tolu MiDe, and the day was wrapped up with lots of prizes from a raffle draw presented by Mr. Capable himself, Banky W with the grand prize winner taking home an iPad2.
I would like to give DeeDee George and Somachi Chikwe another round of applause for a classy and well planned event. Looking forward to TUM 2012. Hope to see you there.
